A really good traditional pizza. The vibe is cool kind of an industrial gothic mix. Big fish tank in the center gives you something to watch while you wait. A lot of carry out orders while I was there showing a good local support system. 8 locations so you can go to the one closest to you. I had a pan pizza with sausage very traditional cheese on top style. It was a middle weight style with a thicker rim. So you can eat more than a slice or two which I like. A yeast based crust with a thicker sauce. Sausage was mild but flavorful. This is a good place to try looking forward to eating their tavern style along with a good variety on the menu of other pastas, salads, burgers, and sandwiches. Definitely worth your time. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their menu.

We brought our travel baseball team in for dinner, and the staff did an amazing job handling our large group. A special shout-out to Hugo D., who was friendly, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly all night. The pizza was fantastic, the food came out quickly, and everyone had a great time. We only wish we lived closer because we’d be here all the time. Highly recommend! ⚾🍕

I just have to sing that praises! They generously donated lunch for all the nurses at Rush Cancer Center in Lisle for nurses week! They even did a special order for one of the nurses with a gluten allergy! Hands down amazing! The thoughtful gesture brought not only a delicious meal but also a meaningful boost to morale during a busy and often demanding time. Acts of kindness like yours truly make a difference. It reminded our staff that their hard work is seen and appreciated by the community we serve. We are grateful for your support and generosity. Thank you to everyone at Paisans (Robert special shout out to you)!! We will definitely be supporting them in the future!

We decided to come here since the food at the Brookfield location was solid. The service was like meh. Our server Victor was gone half the time. However, when I asked for a water refill or a new plate, he got it. I would say average but not above average service. We ordered dragon fries, baked ziti, and supreme pizza with the caramelized crust. Overall this is like a 3. 3 for me is a one and done. I wanted to try a new pizza place but this was a disappointment. -dragon fries 5 - this was good. The sauce is tangy with some spice. It’s not super spicy but this would go well on wings. -baked ziti 2 - I had a lot of pasta and this one was one of the worst. The noodles tasted a bit too rubbery, it should be softer. The sauce had no flavor. -supreme pizza 3 - maybe I should have gotten the tavern style because the supercharged pizza tasted doughy and kind of bland. I even reheated it on my pizza stone at home and it does taste better with a crispier crust. However, it was still mid.
